How to create powerful relationships
- How do you acquire the skills and practice necessary to work with relationships so that they flourish, especially in a climate of change?
- How do you work with people in order to create an aligned and target-oriented organization?
- How do you become more effective in moving from engagement with individuals to engaging the whole system?
- How do you negotiate conflict to move from the position of “who did what to whom” to “what is trying to happen” or “where we are heading”?
- How as a leader do you connect and remain engaged with people spread throughout an organization?
- How do you work with people in order to make cultural changes?
ORSC from CRR
The Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching program is a series of 5 courses, offered in different locations around the world. Grounded in cutting-edge theory and research, this program will give you a new skill set to help you be successful in creating powerful relationships.
This program is the most successful training for relationship systems practitioners. It shifts the focus from the individuals in the system to the relationship itself: the Third Entity™. It provides you with a model to work directly with the system rather than the individuals. This subtle shift has a profound impact on the results. It requires a different skill set, but will also give you the greatest potential to achieve results in a complex relationship setting.
Fundamentals is the first course in the series of five courses. It provides an extensive overview and practice of the key concepts for coaching relationship systems, and can be taken as a “stand alone” and is a prerequisite for the program series. Fundamentals will be held in Stockholm in October and November.
