The CRR Nordic Alliance is associated with the Center for Right Relationship. We host their ORSC courses in the Nordic countries. Currently we operate in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Frode Svensen has been a people manager in the Oil&Gas industry and in IT industry since 1985, he has been a Corporate Coach in Capgemini, and is now working full-time as an executive coach, team coach and developer of leaders around the world through his own company, Galapagos Coaching and as a partner in Aha!Factory.

Niko Grünfeld is a coach and founder of the coaching agency What is Pink?. Today he works as a certified co-active coach for leaders who desire personal growth in terms of their leadership as well as relations and teams that wish to develop their potential.

Niko has a degree in Strategy, Organization and Leadership, HD, from the Aarhus School of Business, and has since then supplied his education with internationally recognized coacing schooling from the Coaching Training Institute in San Fransisco. Niko has kept taking in-service training with the Center for Right Relationship, USA, Vækstcenteret, Nr. Snede og Team Coaching International, USA, among others.

Before founding What is Pink?, Niko has been hired as a professional coach and process counselor for the entrepreneur school KaosPiloterne (5 years), where he has designed new educations, facilitated learning-oriented development processes, taught, lectured and coached leaders and students from the whole world.

Niko actually began his career in the soccer industry, where he worked as sales- and marketing counselor for Swindon Town Football Club in England, and later his favorite team, AGF. He was born in the south of Jutland and grew up in the countryside, but has lived in Århus for the past ten years. Niko is known for reflecting over life and its many ways of manifesting, and he has a certain gift for making contact when meeting people.

Martin Ehrensvärd’s main focus is on facilitating growth and development in individuals and in groups. Since real insight and growth happen in the open space between two or more individuals, in his work he emphasizes cooperation. Martin inspires to a certain form of unknowing. For if people together dare let go of old knowledge new ideas and insights can emerge. In groups Martin also help participants identify and let personal agendas yield in order for the focus to remain on the common project and the agenda of the group.
